I am a 3D modeler, texture artist, and designer specializing in environment art. I have a Master of Digital Media Arts and Engineering degree from Louisiana State University and a BFA in Interactive Design and Game Development from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Though I mostly work in modeling, texturing, and set-dressing, I am a flexible worker with a host of auxiliary skills, like programming, 2D art and design, and web design. I feel that team projects work more smoothly when each member has some understanding of the other team members’ work.
Exploration is what I focus most on when creating an environment. The best environments in games are those that draw the player in and encourage them to keep looking around simply for the pleasure of discovering new things. I aim to make environments that give players reason to explore them more deeply.
My interests include bizarre sea creatures and Lovecraftian horror.
